On April 29th, we will hold four major events: Math Olympics, CONSEF project session, STEM EXPO demonstrations, and ROBOCON. For scheduling purposes, students can choose to participate in

  • Math Olympics

 
and/or ONLY one of the other activities additionally;

  • CONSEF Project session,
  • STEM EXPO Demonstrations, or
  • ROBOCON Competitions

 

 Schedule of the Day (Tentative)

9:00 am | Student Registration: Exhibit Hall G 

  • Math Olympics Participants: Report to your assigned seat before 9:50 am
  • CONSEF & STEM Expo Participant: Set up your projects & demonstrations before 10:50 am

 
9:30 am | Math Olympics Proctor Meeting – Room: 21

10:15 am | ROBOCON Coaches Meeting – Room: 25

10:00 am | CONSEF Judges Breakfast & Meeting –  Room: 41

 10:00 – 10:50 am | Math Olympics Competition – Room: 21

 11:00 am – 1:30 pm | ROBOCON Competitions – Room: 25

  • SumoBot,
  • Line Following,
  • Mass Hauling,

 

11:00 am – 1:30 pm | CONSEF PROJECT SESSION – Exhibit Hall G

  • Judging is held between 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Each participant will be judged a minimum of three times
  • No one is permitted in the judging area except the participants, judges and staff
  • Projects are open to the public between 1:00 – 2:00 pm

 11:00 am – 1:30 pm | STEM Expo – Exhibit Hall G

  • STEM demonstrations are open to the public between 11:00 am and 1:30 pm

 

 12:00 pm – 1:45 pm | Student Lunch – Location: Exhibit Hall G

  • Three different menu options will be available for $15 per person, along with additional snacks that may be purchased using credit card or cash. All participants, visitors, and chaperones need to pay for their own lunch at the concessions.

 

12:00 pm – 1:45 pm | Judges’ Lunch – Location: Room 41 

2:00 ~ 3:45 pm |Awards Ceremony – Location:  Room: Ball Rooms: 22, 23, 24

  • Participants from CONSEF, STEM Expo, Math Olympics, and ROBOCON will be recognized.
